Do the cards come with envelopes?
Yes. All cards come with a choice of blank silver, red or gold foil-lined envelopes or unlined envelopes unless otherwise noted. Personalized envelopes available at an additional cost.
 
What is Blank Stock?
You can order most cards without any personalized text or verse imprinting. The image on the front of the card will remain as shown.
 
Can I order a Sample?
Samples for most cards are available free of charge upon request. You may request up to 3 card samples.
 
What is a KwikSeal Envelope?
KwikSeal envelopes self-adhesive strip makes sending cards faster and easier 
 
Can I see what my card will look like before I order?
Yes, if your card does not have a logo. Our FREE downloadable proof will show your personalization, verse and color choice. It is your responsibility to ensure all information is accurate. If you choose to add a logo or order a quantity of 500 or more we will send you a FREE proof prior to printing.
 
Is there an extra charge for having 2 color inks?
Yes. Two ink color combinations are available for an additional charge of $120.00.
 
Can I use a different ink color than what is shown?
Yes. If any non-standard ink color is desired, please supply the PMS color number ending in U in the custom instructions area. PMS ink colors are available for an additional charge of $60 per color. The charge will be applied after check out. Please provide the PMS color in special instructions. Please note that the website will not automatically add these charges so they will have to be added by us after you submit your order to us. 
 
Our Standard ink colors available are Red, Black, Brown, Gold, Silver, Hunter, Burgundy, Blue and Purple. PMS numbers for these colors are: Red (186U), Blue (Reflex Blue), Gold (871U), Silver (877U), Hunter (349U), Burgundy (208U), Brown (483U) and Purple (2665U).
 
What do I need to send for my logo?
Simply send a black and white file, allow up to two additional days for processing. Preferred file formats are: PSD, PDF, EPS, AI or Tiff. Acceptable file formats are: CDR, PS, QXD, IND, JPG and PNG.
Microsoft Office: Artwork submitted by Word or Publisher will take additional time to process and may delay your order. To avoid any delays, and to embed all fonts and images, please save your Microsoft file as a PDF file from the original computer on which your artwork was created. (We do not accept Excel or PowerPoint files.)
NOTE: Artwork retouching may require additional charges � you�ll be notified of costs and processing time up front. We reserve the right to decline any logo that will not reproduce (e.g. sketches, clippings & photo copies). Note: multiple artwork files can be zipped and uploaded to the site.
 
What kind of file is best to use for my photo?
For best results use a high-resolution photo. Typically files that are larger than 500kb print best. You can upload .JPG and.TIF. Please note that any reproduction of photographs, designs or artwork requires written permission from the original author. The author (such as a photographer, artist or designer) retains the right to the work. Physical possession or ownership of a copy of the original does not give you the right to reproduce the work without written permission from the author.
 
Can I modify an existing card or create a custom card?
We can create a custom card or modify one of our existing designs (certain restrictions apply). Please contact us to discuss the details.
